BAA members pay $15 first item, $10 each for second and third items;
​non-members pay $25 for first item, $15 each for second and third items.

Preparing the picture of your art
​ENTRY PROCEDURE

STOP, You think you are ready but you may not be. CHECK LIST:
1. Have you made a list of your art. Titles and renamed the digital copy and put it on your computer where you can find it!

2 different definitions:

• TITLE is name of your Art that will be printed by a printer. do you want a-oil_Sisters on the wall under your art or "sisters" or Sisters?
  Type it on the form the way you want it.
  
  
• Name your DIGITAL files: When your art gets selected we match it up from the jurors list by file name. You type your file name wrong and we may not find your art. BE CAREFUL.

• B-Medium_TITLE.jpg
• C-Medium_TITLE.jpg

2. Have you measured the framed size of your art? and decided on a price?
3.  have your credit card ready but be prepared for a delay
4. have you read the prospectus? Including the part about GoggleWorks not accepting shipments? Hand delivered only. Either by you or a friend.

DIGITAL ENTRY PREPARATIONS

• Digital entries must be JPG format with a total file size between 1 and 2.5MB.​  ( or 1800 pixels in one direction)
• Naming files:​ A (or B or C)_medium_title
  ​examples: 
• A_ acrylic_Dodgeball.jpeg
  B_ oil_fallharvest.jpeg
   C_mixed_winterlandscape.jpeg
• 2D art: Show only the image; no frame, mat or background. 
• 3D art: Use simple background in a contrasting color/tone so the art stands out.
• ​Measurement is outside measurement of the frame or object. So how much wall space it will take.
• REMEMBER: your art will be judged from the photograph you submit; make it as professional as you can.

less than 3 non education related exhibits.
• One who has been pursuing their art seriously for less than 2 years.
