ENTRY PROCEDURE (Complete information in the prospectus)
DIGITAL ENTRY PREPARATIONS

• Digital entries must be JPG format with a total file size between 1 and 2.5MB. ( or 1800 pixels in one direction)
• Naming files: A (or B or C)_medium_title
  examples: A_ watercolor_summer bounty.jpeg
                    B_ watercolor_fall harvest.jpeg
                    C_ watercolor_winter landscape.jpeg
• Show only the image; no frame, mat or background.
• REMEMBER: your art will be judged from the photograph you submit; make it as professional as you can.

FEES
BAA members pay $15 first item, $10 each for second and third items; ( 3= $35 )
​non-members pay $25 for first item, $15 each for second and third items. ( 3= $55 ) 
​Annual dues - $25
